חופש הביטוי בספריות ובאינטרנט

פרופ' רפי כהן-אלמגור

אחד היסודות המרכזיים בדמוקרטיה היא החירות באופן כללי וחירות הביטוי באופן פרטי. השאלה נוגעת לגבולות והיא קשה ביותר עת דנים בגבולות חירות הביטוי באינטרנט. נדון בנושאים דוגמת פגיעה ברגשות; גזענות; ביטויי שיטנה; הסתה; החזקת חומר בעייתי בספריות; איומים באינטרנט; השימוש שעושים ארגוני טרור באינטרנט; צנזורה על ספרים; פורנוגרפיה וירטואלית; פורנוגרפיית ילדים, וזכויות יוצרים.

דרישות הקורס

קריאה עקבית של רשימת הקריאה והשתתפות פעילה (20%).

רפרט (30%)

מבחן (50%).
