יש גבול: אלימות ופורנוגרפיה בתקשורת ובאינטרנט

פרופ' רפי כהן-אלמגור

 

 

אחד היסודות המרכזיים בדמוקרטיה היא החירות באופן כללי וחירות הביטוי באופן פרטי. השאלה נוגעת לגבולות והיא קשה ביותר עת דנים בגבולות חירות הביטוי באינטרנט. נדון בנושאים דוגמת פגיעה ברגשות (פרשת SKOKIE בארה"ב והמאבק בכהנאות בישראל); גזענות וביטויי שיטנה (HHATE SPEEC) בחברה ובאינטרנט; ביטויי הסתה בתקשורת (האירועים שהוליכו להתנקשות בחיי יצחק רבין) ובאינטרנט; סיקור המליציות בארה"ב: פרשת דיוויד כורש; איומים באינטרנט; השימוש שעושים ארגוני טרור באינטרנט; המדריך למתנקש המצליח (פרשת פלדין); ארוטיקה, פורנוגרפיה רכה ופורנוגרפיה קשה; פורנוגרפיה וירטואלית ופורנוגרפיית ילדים.
