About - The Department of Multidisciplinary Studies

In collaboration with various academic departments across the university, the Department of Multidisciplinary Studies offers a broad-based, flexible education that allows students to tailor their academic program around their specific intellectual interests.

The department offers a Double-Major Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) program, enabling students to synthesize knowledge from diverse disciplines, integrate courses from multiple departments, and construct customized academic tracks based on their individual career goals and scholarly preferences.

The program’s adaptable structure allows students to effectively balance their academic workload between Multidisciplinary Studies and their second major. Course schedules are designed to accommodate diverse student populations, including:

• Active-Duty Military & Security Personnel: Tailored scheduling that accommodates full-time professional and operational commitments.

• Transfer Students & Prior Academic Credits: Evaluation and potential recognition of prior coursework completed at recognized academic institutions, in accordance with university regulations.
